The game exe is inside the "release" folder, if you can not run the
game, it might be because you need to install the xna framework.

Here are the things you need to run a XNA game:

.NET Framework 3.5:

XNA Framework Redistributable 3.1:

You already have these if you download and install the XNA framework,
but if you do not have the framework, the above 2 download should allow you
to run a game created with XNA. Also make sure you have the latest
version of DirectX.
